Aside from our customized outfits we have our own combat range of clothing and protective equipment.

If for any reason any item you received is damaged or not to you specifics we will replace free of charge to ensure you only ever receive quality that can be used.

PLEASE NOTE IT TAKES 4 - 6 WEEKS FROM PAYMENT TO FINISHED ITEM.

please allow patience during the allotted time given. Refund are not accepted if you have asked for one during this process.

refunds are only allowed if we haven't been able to offer a satisfactory solution. Custom items cannot be resold so take professional ownership of the product and creation decisions.  

To clarify further. If you order a custom item and that item arrives exactly as discussed during mock and production you find it is not to your specifics or for any reason are un happy we would discuss a solution with altering or changing however thus being we will not refund you for an item you have had customized and made for yourself if it arrives exactly how you ordered. Its your responsibility to inform us of anything you would like i.e. certain measurements, materials, cuts etc. So if you order  a custom item and it arrives as discussed you will not be refunded however you will be offered a solution to improve the situation in anyway possible.

Along with size issues should it be you order an item or items and that size is completely off as in production manufacturing issues we will replace that free of charge. 

Should a replacement required it could take 4-8 weeks for it to be finalized and completed pending any disruptions. Its your responsibility to return any item that you would like to have replaced within 7 working days of declaring you unsatisfied view of an item, its your responsibility to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item explaining any reason of dissatisfaction of an item.

If you order a size and you want to change the size you will have to buy another size its that straight forward, as a customer of ares fight gear it'syour responsibility to order the right size. As our products are custom made we do not have the market to sell your item to another customer.

If the sizing issue is a manufacturing issue we will replace in full

We operate on UK sizes but if you are ever unsure of a certain item size please be in contact by phone or email. Custom sizes can be used if measurements are supplied.

Risk and Ownership

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:

• delivery of the products; and
• receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges).

If you cancel an order and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation. 

All returns must be sent to our company address within 14 days of receiving any item. If you have any questions please be in touch by any of the contact points.

These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale. 

Nothing in the terms of sale will:

• limit or exclude the liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
• limit or exclude the liability of a party for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by that party;
• limit or exclude any liability of a party under Section 12, 13, 14 or 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
• limit any liability of a party in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any liability of a party that may not be excluded under applicable law.

Any statutory rights which you have as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by the terms of sale.

We do not hold personal information on any of our customers other than order details for future orders. No bank or sensitive financial details will kept on record
